TLDR What I liked? ✅ Rechargable no worries about battery safety or cost ✅ Really good fun ✅ LED scoreboard ✅ Target focus rather than people shooting ✅ Love the different targets to shoot at ✅ Improves hand / eye coordination ✅ Teamwork element too What could be better? ❌ Kind of hard for us to find space to play in our home Any game that's vaguely competitive or a bit physical and we're there. We love a target game, but I struggle with anything gun related. We always encourage target, rather than people shooting and this game conveniently has both. Lots of laser games rely on shooting each other, but as well as this option this game has a projector robot that sends targets across a wall. We found this the preferable option generally as it didn't involve running around the house. The projector works well, the guns work well and are surprisingly accurate. The scoreboard is a great addition which means not having to keep scores separately and that helps keep things fair. The guns are light even in little hands. I love that everything is rechargeable as this means no batteries, better for the environment. The noises are great, the whole thing is tremendous fun. A game both the kids and adults can enjoy. I just wish we had more spaces to play it as it needs a biggish blank wall. Though we find it extra fun when visiting friends with bigger houses. Lire la suite

This laser tag set has a lot of features that make the game more engaging than a basic toy laser gun. The rechargeable design is particularly convenient, as there’s no need to keep replacing batteries. The two player infrared guns are lightweight and easy to handle, making them suitable for both children and teens. I really like the LED score display because it makes it easy to keep track of the game and adds a competitive element. The interactive projection feature is also a nice touch and gives players an additional way to play rather than simply aiming at each other. The included three target cards provide extra gameplay options and can be used for practice or target based challenges. The combination of infrared shooting, lights, scoring, projection, and target cards gives the set plenty of variety. It can be used indoors or outdoors, which makes it versatile for different spaces and occasions. Overall, this is a well equipped laser tag set with a good range of interactive features, rechargeable guns, visible scoring, and multiple ways to play. It would be a fun choice for kids, teens, and families looking for an interactive game rather than a simple toy. Thanks

A little while back I gifted my nephew another VATOS laser tag set and it went down ridiculously well. That one had sensors you could wear and involved shooting at your aunt, friends, or little sister. I'm not sure what it with 10 year olds and guns but they REALLY like them. Anyway, the aunt (me) doesn't live there and the little sister (who's aim at 6 years old leaves a lot to be desired) got tired of losing and this left the nephew regularly pestering his parents to strap on targets which they seemed none too pleased about in a strongly worded text I received (they were joking but also not). When I saw this set I figured it would solve this problem and I was 100% correct. So first off, the guns and the projector all feel well made and as solid as plastic toys are going to feel. I expected as much because they're from the same toy maker but I was still happy to see it. There and one and two player modes for the projector and the guns have sensors so he still play shooting games with his friends but it takes a lot more aim because there are no vests with this set. The main point of me getting this set is the single player mode and it works a treat. The easy level is a bit slow and boring but the second level does spice things up enough to keep him entertained. And actually the easy level would be perfect for his sister to practice her aim. Another great thing about having the projector is that it's perfect for a rainy day (which is so rare here in the UK). It's a bit more interactive than having him scrolling on a tablet. The price when I ordered was £39.99 and I'd say it's a fair price. The quality is good and this will definitely be getting some use. I received this product through the Amazon Vine programme and this review is based on my own opinions. I was pleasantly surprised by how much fun this laser tag set turned out to be. The projector mode is a great idea and was really easy to set up against a plain wall, giving my nephews plenty to do indoors in the evenings. We also took it outside for head-to-head battles, and having both indoor and outdoor play options definitely adds to its value. The different game modes keep things interesting, especially the versus mode, and the automatic scoring means adults don't have to keep track of points. The rechargeable blasters and projector are a big plus too, saving the hassle and cost of constantly replacing batteries. The sound effects, vibration feedback, and reload action make the games feel surprisingly immersive. The interchangeable target cards with dinosaurs, UFOs, and ducks are a nice touch and help stop the game from becoming repetitive. I also appreciated that it uses safe infrared technology, so I didn't have to worry about a 6 & 8 year old playing. The projector works best in a dimly lit room, and getting the perfect distance takes a little trial and error. Once set up though, it's great fun and has provided hours of entertainment for the whole family. Overall, it's an excellent gift idea that gets kids away from screens and encourages everyone to join in. Lire la suite

This review is for the 'VATOS Rechargeable Laser Tag Set, 2-Player Infrared Laser Tag Guns & Interactive Projection with LED Score Display & 3 Target Cards, Indoor/Outdoor Laser Game Toys for Kids, Teens & Family'. At time of review this laser tag set was £39.99 The laser tag set arrive in a nice retail box, ideal for gifting. Inside I found the 2 laser guns, target robot, USB-A to USB-C charging cable for the robot, USB-A to thin barrel jack for the guns, three inserts to change the projection target, legs (that needed to be popped into the robot) and instructions. I picked this up for my 10 year old nephew who was staying with us during the holidays. The single player option of this sounded like a bonus way of keeping him entertained. I have previously tried out Vatos laser tag guns and find them to be really good, but had no idea what a target robot would be like. As expected, once charged, the guns worked really well. You can select to be on one of 4 teams, indicated by a glowing bar on the side, and can use this with other Vatos laser tag guns if you have them. They keep score with a counter on the side of each gun, and you get an option to switch between types of gun also (eg, pistol, shotgun, machine gun). Accuracy is solid and even without the targeting robot, you can have a lot of fun playing traditional laser tag. The targeting robot worked impressively well. Placed about 1m-1.3m away from a white surface as specified in the instructions, we were able to clearly see the targets in all but the brightest of situations. The projection head of the unit moves very fast over a wide range of space, causing spotting, aiming and shooting to be a genuine challenge, making for real competition in two player mode. I don't know how its done, but I soon realised that there is communication happening between the guns and the target robot as it is able to track which team scores a hit and who wins. In summary, I'm very impressed with this. It proved great entertainment for my 10 year old nephew and allows for both indoor and single player play to a toy that would traditionally only be usable outdoors. Quality of the kit is high, with guns and projector feeling solid and well made and also, I only needed to charge up once during the whole week. Lire la suite
