This flower advent calendar is a creative alternative to the usual candy calendars. Having 24 days of building gives you a small project to look forward to each day, and I like that everything eventually comes together into a colorful flower display. The building aspect makes it especially enjoyable. Opening a new section each day and adding another piece keeps the experience interesting throughout December instead of finishing the entire set at once. The flower theme also makes it appealing for both kids and adults who enjoy building sets and crafts. The finished flowers are colorful and decorative, so the set does not feel disposable once the countdown is over. I like being able to display the completed arrangement as part of the Christmas decorations. The included lights add a really nice finishing touch, especially in the evening when they give the flowers a warm and festive appearance. The pieces feel sturdy enough for assembling and displaying, and the individual designs have enough detail to make the finished arrangement visually interesting. Putting everything together is engaging without making the daily activity feel like a huge project. I also think there is good value here because it combines an advent calendar, a building activity, and a decorative display in one set. Instead of getting something that is used for only a few minutes each day and then thrown away, you end up with something that can continue to be enjoyed after Christmas. Overall, this is a fun way to count down to Christmas while creating something attractive along the way. The flowers, daily building experience, and lights make it a memorable holiday activity that also looks great on display. Lire la suite

You know my seasonal decor usually leans towards moody gothic libraries, but snapping together an illuminated greenhouse before the holidays was too tempting. These little 4.9mm bricks click cleanly without bruising your fingertips, and the flower variety keeps each day feeling like a fresh loot drop rather than a repetitive grind. The petal pigments are vivid, the structural stems offer plenty of variety, and weaving the included fairy lights through the finished bouquet adds that cozy tavern glow we both love. My single real complaint comes down to paperwork management. Rather than packing a unified master booklet, the kit relies on twenty-four separate loose leaflets. If you do not corral those paper slips into a folder immediately, your workspace ends up looking like a scattered deck of character sheets caught in a ceiling fan draft. Give me a single bound book next time, but for low-stress seasonal crafting, it brings serious color to a cluttered desk.

Such a Cute and Fun Advent Calendar This flower advent calendar is such a cute idea and definitely a fun twist on a traditional Christmas advent calendar. I really like that you get to build something different each day and eventually end up with a full flower arrangement, which makes the finished product more than just a bunch of little toys that get put away after Christmas. The flower designs are really pretty, and the lights are a nice extra touch that make the finished bouquet even more fun to display. The pieces feel like decent quality and the blocks are easy enough to work with for both kids and adults. I think the 24 day format makes it a really fun family activity and gives you something to look forward to each day during December. It also seems like a good value considering how many pieces are included and what you can make with them. My expectations were met with this one, and I think it would make a really cute Christmas gift for someone who enjoys building sets, flowers, or both.

This is such a fun way to create a block flower bouquet! Each day has a small bag tucked behind the numbered paper door, along with folded instructions underneath. Some flowers take more than one day to complete, so you’ll sometimes build part of a flower and find the remaining pieces in the next day’s bag, which makes the countdown even more fun. The purple flowers are surprisingly large and really pretty once assembled. Most days are around 8–10 steps, so the builds feel manageable without being too quick. My 9 year old daughter has been having a blast making these, and I love that it gives us a little building project to work on together. Now I may need to get the wildflower version for the holidays too! Edit: We finished it and it makes a huge bouquet, so we split it into two. I love that it came with little string lights to light it up at the very of the calendar.

I absolutely love the concept of this building block advent calendar. Instead of opening each day to find a tiny throwaway trinket, every day creates one complete piece of the final flower bouquet. Each day's pieces are individually packaged and include their own instructions, so you can build one little section at a time without having to sort through all 1,110 pieces at once. The finished design is gorgeous. The flowers come in rich shades of purple, pink, blue and white with lots of different shapes and textures, so the bouquet has much more visual interest than I expected from building blocks. I also love that this isn't something you use for December and then toss—the completed bouquet can stay out as decor long after Christmas is over. The calendar itself is nicely presented with 24 numbered doors, and the interior packaging is very well organized. The instructions are illustrated and easy to follow, making each day's build feel like a small, manageable project rather than one enormous set. Another thoughtful touch is that the company includes a card explaining that they donate a portion from each purchase to help children in poverty-stricken areas. This is such a fun alternative to the usual candy or toy advent calendar. You get the anticipation of opening something every day, the satisfaction of building it, and at the end of the month you have a beautiful bouquet to show for it. Definitely a five-star advent calendar for anyone who enjoys building sets, flowers, or craft-style holiday activities. Lire la suite
