My 4 year-old received this set and it was promptly followed by practically every stuffed animal in the house being called to the veterinary clinic for treatment. Honestly, I have some concerns about the vet in question and her bedside manner, and the waiting time for some unfortunate patients was rather long, but she trundled through her clinic treating every animal in turn. There is loads included for pretend play, including the plush puppy, vet costume and cap, stethoscope, thermometer, syringe, otoscope, reflex hammer, scissors, glasses, bandages and medicine bottles. Several of the medical tools light up, including the stethoscope, otoscope, flashlight, pulse oximeter and thermometer, while the stethoscope also makes a heartbeat sound. This gave her plenty to use during her increasingly complicated diagnoses. Several patients required urgent surgery, there were quite a few broken legs, and others needed octopi removed from their stomachs. You will be glad to know they have all made excellent recoveries. Apparently Mummy also qualified as an animal requiring urgent medical attention. I suggested my condition was actually a desperate need to drink my coffee in peace, but according to the 4 year-old that diagnosis was incorrect and I required a full work-up using every available check instead. The storage bag is really handy for keeping everything together once the clinic finally closes for the day. It's a lovely little set for imaginative play and has already provided a ridiculous amount of entertainment in our house.

Je trouve que ce kit veterinaire est vraiment réussi, surtout en compagnie de l'adorable petite peluche qui ressemble à un caniche. Pour moi, c'est la star du jeu. Il est tout doux, sa taille est parfaite pour les enfants, et il donne immédiatement envie d'être examiner, soigné et câliné. La variété impressionnante des accessoires, permet d'imaginer des consultations complètes. Les outils qui s'allument sont vraiment bien pensés et le stéthoscope, qui fait un vrai bruit de cœur, rend le jeu encore plus réel. La blouse et le bandeau sont vraiment parfaits pour avoir la panoplie du parfait vétérinaire. Le sac de transport est très pratique pour tout ranger quand on va en consultation à l'extérieur, même le toutou peut venir dedans. À mon avis ce jouet va beaucoup plaire aux futurs petits médecins des animaux.

EagleStone is becoming a brand on Amazon that I really like. They seem to offer good value for toys that are also well made, and these doctor, vet, and dentist kits are another good example. My kids love playing pretend. My 5 year old has been using these on me, her stuffed animals, and even the family dog. These sets include a lot for the price, but what really surprised me was how many of the pieces are actually interactive. There are lights, buttons, knobs, and sound effects on the items where it makes sense. It is those little details that go a long way when kids are playing because there is more for them to actually do instead of just pretending with a bunch of plastic pieces. The Doctor kit comes with everything you need to be the family household doctor! The vet kit comes with a plush puppy, which is really soft and well made, and my daughter loves it. The dentist kit comes with teeth, brushes, and a lot of other dental tools for pretend play. Overall, these 3 kits are really fun sets with a lot included. This EagleStone Doctor Kit for Kids Pretend Play Medical Set with Light & Sound is a really nice role play for kids and the pack comes with an awful lot of stuff for the £24 (at time of review) price tag which may be a tad too much? My main criticism is the "sell" of the pack; it's all pink and obviously therefore aimed at girls - the manufacturer could have made it neutral colour scheme to reach a wider audience. I also do not get why they included a picture of a nurse winking that verges on provocative on a kids toy! The quality of the "instruments" included in the kit is not too bad considering and the inclusion of a box to keep it all in is very welcome. There is a little outfit for dressing up and making the role play more effective however not sure why the manufacturer chose the material they did and there are a number implements that replicate most doctors surgery's activities. The other major issue is that the tools where batteries are used seem to be sealed so you can't change them when they die - perhaps meaning you have to buy another set? Overall, not too bad an item for what it is; do not expect greatness with this.

Decently sized with lots of varied pieces. This set has a range of vet equipment to heal the dog toy. It also comes with a storage bag and an outfit to wear. It would make a lovely gift for kids or as an addition to a role play area. It includes everything kids need for imaginative, pretend play. The pieces are all well made and the colours are pretty and aesthetically pleasing in a girly, pink theme. The set is sturdy and well made. The items can be stored in the material carry case. Decent quality and great for mental stimulation and imaginative play. Good value.
